Brightening
As the description says this is a blend of cream and pigment, so it’s nice for under eye because it’s moisturizing. The online photo makes it appear peachy but it actually goes on more bisque or pinky peach. It has wonderful natural looking luminosity and it’s sheer, similar to the popular radiance click pens except this compact gives you a lot more product.
