What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Marilyn Miglin Online purchase, simply return the unused portion for a full refund. Please package the item(s) and its contents in its original packaging along with your packing slip and/or invoice and securely tape the box for shipping purposes. To ensure your return, please mail the item(s) via USPS/Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (using a tracking number). Mail the box using traceable ground shipping to:

We will continue to refund the original shipping & handling on returns if an item is defective or if we made an error; however effective with orders placed on or after February 17, 2015, if you return the item for any other reason, we will no longer refund the original shipping & handling.
Marilyn Miglin does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Marilyn Miglin will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
Online returns without the original invoice and applicable free gifts are only eligible for exchanges or store credit.
I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
When you order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at (800) 322-1133 for assistance.

RETURN PRODUCTS TO MARILYN MIGLIN GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g. hairspray, nail polish, and items that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
