What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Marilyn Miglin Online purchase, the purchase may be returned. Please package the item(s) and its contents in its original packaging along with your packing slip and/or invoice receipt and securely tape the box for shipping purposes. To ensure your return, please mail the item(s) using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend USPS Priority Mail and/or FedEx Ground) to:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the process date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on marilynmiglin.com. A Marilyn Miglin eGift Card will be issued for returns of products after 30 days of the process date on the order packing slip when returned to the fulfillment center.

 

  • The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or an error was made by Marilyn Miglin.
  • Customers will be responsible to call our Customer Service Department at (800) 322-1133 and pay for the shipping of the exchanged order.  The reshipment can also be paid by sending a personal check, money order or cashier check in U.S. dollars payable to Marilyn Miglin in the amount of $10.95-$12.95 for U.S. orders, depending on the weight of the order.
  • Online purchases returned to Marilyn Miglin without the original packing slip and/or invoice receipt, applicable free gifts and packing slip are only eligible for exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. A Marilyn Miglin eCertificate credit will be issued for the difference in price and tax for exchanges of lesser value without a receipt.
  • A Marilyn Miglin eCertificate credit will be issued for returns without a receipt, or for returns that are not made within 30 days of shipment to the customer.

Marilyn Miglin does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will continue to refund the original shipping & handling on returns if an item is defective or if we made an error; however effective with orders placed on or after February 17, 2015, if you return the item for any other reason, we will no longer refund the original shipping & handling.

Marilyn Miglin will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return.  The credit should appear on your credit card statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

Online returns without an original packing slip and/or invoice receipt, applicable free gifts are only eligible for exchanges or store credit.

 

I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?

My item arrived damaged.  What should I do?

When you order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at (800) 322-1133.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM CST.
