We make every effort to ensure the product or item you have ordered is available.

However occasionally if we run out of a popular or discontinued item, we will offer subtitutions, or give you the oppurtunity to change your order request.

We appreciate your understanding in the event of an out of stock situation or necessary substitution of an item.
