Please Note:  Due to Federal Guidelines that recognize fragrance as a hazardous material due to its alcohol content, we are unable to ship any fragrance products using the U.S. Postal Service System.

What shipping options are available?

We are pleased to offer new FedEx services, which allow for faster delivery times.  Internet customers will now receive a tracking code for their package through a confirmation e-mail from FedEx within 24 hours.  Simply enter your tracking code by visiting http://www.fedex.com/us/.

*Please note: Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. Second day and overnight service does not apply when orders are placed after 2 pm, central standard time, on holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. U.S. Parcel Post is used for shipments to P.O. Boxes and areas not serviced by FedEx. These deliveries are unable to be tracked and Marilyn Miglin, L.P. is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.

*The United States federal government considers perfume, eau de parfum and cologne to be Hazardous Material, due to its alcohol content. Therefore, according to new regulations, these fragrance items may not be shipped via air delivery without a “HazMat” fee of $30 imposed upon Federal Express. In addition, it is illegal for these items to be sent through the United States Postal Service.

Although you may choose to have these items delivered via air express, please be aware that your credit card will be charged this HazMat fee of $30 in addition to the cost of shipping itself when it is processed.

When will my order be shipped?
Most of our merchandise is shipped within 24-hours of placing your order. On-line orders placed after 3 pm central standard time on Friday or orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the following business day for shipment.
