How to place an order?
Placing an on-line order with Marilyn Miglin is easy. There’s no need to create an account first. Once you have placed your first order, your on-line account will be permanently established.

Finding Items
You will first need to browse or search for the items you wish to order. The keyword “search” box is located in the upper right-hand corner of nearly every page on our site. Simply enter the name of the product you’re seeking or if shopping by catalog, the item number listed beside each product, then click “Go.” To read more specific information on any product, click the image to be taken to the “detail” page.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you find an item you wish to purchase from MarilynMiglin.com, click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button corresponding to any individual product. When you have added this item into your shopping cart, click “Continue Shopping” to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you wish to purchase. You may access your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking on “View Cart” in the upper portion of any page.

Adding Items to Your Wish List
Should you decide that you do not wish to purchase a particular item upon making your final purchase, you may click on “Add to Wish List.” The item(s) will be moved to your personal wish list of products you would like to purchase at a later time. When you are ready to finalize your order, click “Check out.”

Personal Information and Shipping Details
Complete all manditory information designated by asterisks (*), tell us where you would like your order to be shipped and which method of shipping you prefer. Then choose a password associated with your account and record it for future reference.

Payment Options
Next, let us know how you wish to pay for your order. You may choose to make your payment via credit card, or select the “Phone / Fax” option, which will guide you through printing out your order to either fax to our Chicago Institute or phone-in if you are uncomfortable in providing your credit card through our secure on-line shopping cart.

Checkout
Select “Continue to Checkout” and carefully review the information you have provided to ensure its accuracy. If ordering by credit card, please complete the appropriate information requested and then “Check Out.”

We will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.

As a returning MarilynMiglin.com customer, all personal information and various ship-to addresses excluding credit card details, will be made available for expedited shopping.

I can't find an item I am looking for.
You may type the name of any product in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of our site. Simply type in a phrases such “Pheromone,” “Perfect C,” or “Mascara” then press the enter key or the “Go” button. Products that match the criteria used will then appear. You may also enter a product’s item number from our catalog to see only that specific item.

What payment options are available besides credit cards?
Marilyn Miglin offers three different payment options:

• Credit / Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
• Checks: All checks must state that they are drawn from a U.S. bank. Checks must be written in U.S. dollars. Marilyn Miglin may hold your check payment for 10 days before releasing your order. Checks returned to our bank due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 bank processing fee in addition to the account being charged for the full amount of purchase. Checks drawn from a foreign (non-U.S.) bank will be returned. Marilyn Miglin does not accept foreign currency.
• Money Orders: Money orders must be drawn from a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
