How does Tell-A-Friend feature work?
Tell A Friend is an e-mail system that allows you to send information about Marilyn Miglin products to others. Each e-mail includes direct links to specific items. When you see a product that you wish to share with others or find something you’d like to suggest to someone as a gift, click on “Tell A Friend.” A message box will appear, offering you the option of sending a personal note to those you wish to share this product or gift idea with. Your friends and family will receive an e-mail from you that includes both your personal note and the information on the product(s) you have shared.

What is a wish list?
Your wish list is the place to store gift hints and all those items you want, but cannot purchase until later. You must be logged in to use your wish list. Use the “Add to Wish List” links that appear on the product information pages throughout our store. Or, you may move items from your shopping cart to your wish list. Simply click on “Move to Wish List” next to the item in your cart. To purchase any item from your wish list, click ADD to move this item into your shopping cart for check-out.

Do you honor sample requests?
We make every effort to honor all reasonable requests for samples when available. We must ask, however, that you limit your request to a maximum of 3 samples and that you are specific in detailing those products you wish to try. We ask that you understand that not all products are available for sampling. Blanket requests for “free samples” will not be honored.

I can't find a particular Marilyn Miglin product on your website.
You may type the name of any product in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of our site. Simply type in a phrases such “Pheromone,” “Perfect C,” or “Mascara” then press the enter key or the “Go” button. Products that match the criteria used will then appear. You may also enter a product’s item number from our catalog to see only that specific item.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to add sales tax to orders purchased from or shipped to the state of Illinois. On-line orders placed from all other states and not shipped to Illinois will not incur sales tax.

Your protection is important to Marilyn Miglin and to afford you highest level of security, we utilize the most enhanced software available today. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for ensuring secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as this information travels over the internet.

Do you test on animals?
Marilyn Miglin is a cruelty-free company and does not use animals to test its products, nor do we endorse animal testing on our behalf by anyone else.
